Receiving Your Order

When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:

  • Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to SCANDIUM INC within Seven (7) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us so we can contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
  • Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, etc. until you are completely sure you want to keep the product.
  • Keep your Invoice with your important records.
  • Read all instruction manuals BEFORE using the product.
  • SCANDIUM INC will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.

Return / Exchange Policy

Product Warranty

All of our lamp/lamp modules are covered under our 180 day warranty from the date of ship out. If there is a problem, or if you are not satisfied, please call or email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so we can help you return it for either a replacement or a refund on your purchase.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER

No refund or replacement will be made after 180 days.

If any of the above conditions are not met, SCANDIUM INC reserves the right to either refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of no more than 15%.

 

RETURN POLICY

An RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for any product that is to be returned to ApexLamps. RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) business days from the date of issuance. Any products returned to ApexLamps without an RMA number, or with an RMA number issued more than (10) business days prior, will be refused. We will provide a UPS return service label if the return is caused by the defective materials or workmanship provided by ApexLamps.

  1. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to customer if the cause of the return is not defective materials or workmanship provided by ApexLamps.
  2. Original Shipping and Handling are Non-Refundable.
  3. If the return is for refund then the refund will be credited to the original credit/debit card (unless customer request differently in writing) in about 10 business days after the returned item(s) received by ApexLamps.
  4. ApexLamps reserves the right to decide between a replacement or a refund when processing any RMA.
